It was fun, but it is less due to the location than to the people we were there with. The benches are comfortable and unfortunately it ends there. Unfortunately, the toilets weren't really clean. After ordering the first drink, there was unfortunately no trace of the waiters. Even when the train next to us was reoccupied, only the attendance slip was placed on the table and she was gone. New orders are not immediately feasible. After we had waited more than 90 minutes for the food, which came in bites, one order was wrong. The food was mediocre. When asked why it took so long, there were various excuses which, however, point to bad personnel management. Better to avoid my conclusion and go to another train.

Mega bad service, we were there today and ordered food right at the beginning. This actually came after an hour and 40 minutes, which in my opinion is a cheek, no delivery service in the world takes that long. Then we were treated impolite and only after we had announced that we were offered to stay seated at the train to eat. It was apologized that there was so much going on, so we made them aware that they could have let us know that the meal would take longer, but no insight came. The toilets were unclean and there was also no toilet paper. No accommodating or other excuses. I cannot recommend this business a bit more terribly miserable service. And the drinks are filled from 1.5L bottles, which by the way is not allowed in gastronomy, a little tip to the owner.

We had made a reservation by phone and we were promised the time. When we arrived, the train was busy and the temporary staff had to tell us that at the age of 16 ... We wanted to test this train for a children's birthday party. This is now taking place somewhere else !!!

Have waited half an hour but it didn't matter if it should have been at 14:00.

Once the booking was allegedly not received, that other times we were called a week later and they accidentally double booked and we should come an hour early. End of the song ... that whole things had probably been booked for a celebration. As a result, the last half hour people were there and have been waiting for the tracks ... totally uncomfortable

You can have a lot of fun and you can overturn many cones. You can also drink something.

Cozy atmosphere, prices are in full range and a pizzeria is also available for the small appetite between! Recommended!

You can play bowling here well, but if you want to eat something afterwards, you should definitely do it somewhere else! We were 9 people and wanted to eat together, but from the first to the last dish, which came on the table, it took about an hour (!) Lasted.

Lovingly designed railway area. Technically flawless. There is enough space and the service was friendly. We even got a few minutes extra.

Great, by the "kids" train also for families with smaller children. The staff is super nice and the food good. A nice pastime ... for all!

Food tastes quite okay, service is quite lame, you can almost at the foot repainted shoes;) Delivery service discontinued - this is not the time today where customers want to order and get delivered at home. Too bad, years ago was a lot better.

Despite reservation and a ride of about 30 minutes we were abgewimmelt because the birthday had previously decided at short notice to rent the train another hour. We had to say to our children that we can not bowl. Does not work! Impudent, here no one sees us anymore.
